Top 5 Reasons to Have a Facelift to Restore a Younger You in Turkey

We can never stop time or aging, but we can always undergo a facelift – a popular procedure that eliminates visible signs of aging to your face and neck. If you are currently exploring the best possible place to have a facelift, we highly suggest you choose Turkey as your destination. Why? Let us tell you the reasons and read on.

    1. Very affordable

Facelifts come with a high price tag, particularly in the United States, the United Kingdom, and other European countries. In the United States, you can expect to pay about $12,000 for this procedure and the price can go up to a whopping $20,000! However, if you have the procedure in Turkey, you only have to spend around $2,000 to $5,000. The price depends on which clinic/hospital you get the procedure in. Bigger hospitals usually charge more, but even in hospitals with JCI accreditation, such as the Hisar Intercontinental Hospital, you still only need to pay about $4,400 to achieve that younger appearance you have always dreamed of.

    1. High standards in performing facelifts

Many people are uncertain about the cheap cost of having a Facelift in Turkey. However, the low prices have nothing to do with the quality and when you compare surgery prices; you need to consider the cost of living in Turkey, which is a lot lower than in other Western countries. The quality and standards are just as high as what you would find in the United States or the United Kingdom. Turkey has an excellent medical education system that trains successful surgeons. Many of them also continue training overseas to further perfect their skills. Besides the surgeons, Turkey also offers high-quality service, modern and clean hospitals, as well as attentive care before and after the surgery. Some of the top locations for a facelift are Istanbul Aesthetic Center, Aysa Hospital, Hisar Intercontinental Hospital, and Transmed Clinic.

    1. Short waiting time

The average waiting time for elective surgeries in the Western world is pretty long. However, the average waiting time is comparably shorter in Turkey. An excellent surgeon in the United States may ask you to wait weeks for the facelift, but in Turkey, you can have the procedure in a couple of days.

    1. Easy visa requirements

Obtaining a visa to visit Turkey is a simple process. You only need to provide the necessary documents or apply online to get an electronic visa and it only takes about 3 minutes to complete. For some European countries, a visa is not even needed to visit and stay in the country.

    1. Recovery at a perfect destination

Turkey is the perfect destination for a vacation, which is why a lot of people decide not only to undergo a facelift but also spend some time on a holiday. After (or before) your surgery, you can explore every activity the country has to offer. You can relax in one of the country’s pristine beaches or explore the ancient monuments. Of course, if you want to do a lot of activities (instead of just relaxing and resting) make sure you consult with your surgeon beforehand to avoid any side effects or complications.

So, what are your thoughts about getting a facelift in Turkey? If you decide that Turkey is the perfect destination for you, make sure you choose the right surgeon at the right clinic/hospital.
